This is for one student in the family and does not include any music charges.
A 20% discount from Tuition Fee only, applies to the second child. All other fees will apply as per normal.
A 40% discount from Tuition Fee only, applies to the third child. All other fees will apply as per normal.
If a fourth child is attending the College at the same time there is no tuition fee for that child. All other fees will apply as per normal.
A special discount of $25.00 per family can be claimed if parents are educating a child at St Mary's Catholic Primary or St Joseph's, Boulder. Parents are required to complete an application form which is available from the office.
One Term's notice, in writing addressed to the Principal, is required prior to withdrawal of a student from the College. Failure to give the required notice may result in the charging of one Term's Tuition Fee.
Direct Debit facilities are available through your bank via the Catholic Development Fund. CDF charges no transaction fee. Application forms are available on request.
The College Board also recognises that Christian/Catholic education should not be withheld because of financial reasons and parents having financial difficulties should contact the Principal for the necessary details to seek assistance with fees. All such contact is kept in strict confidence. As financial situations may change, requests for assistance must be made each year.
Families who have a current means tested Health Care Card are able to access discounted fees. The discount for eligible Health Care Card holders is automatic on presentation of their card.
The total discounted school fees for holders of eligible means tested concession cards are set as follows:

Music Tuition, Instrument Hire, camps, excursions and retreats are extra costs and are not included in the Health Care Card Discount Scheme
Attendance at camps/excursions/retreats is compulsory and the fee will be notified in advance. As camp fees are set according to class numbers and the total cost of the camp, this fee is non-refundable.
All JPC students are covered by a twenty-four hour Student Accident and Disability Policy.
