At John Paul College we are working hard to ensure parents are clear on the expectations and processes of communication. The chart below outlines the chain of communications.
Who do I contact?
For all enquires regarding academic progress, the first point of contact is the subject teacher. For all pastoral care matters, the first point of contact is
the Home Room teacher.
For any matters that the subject teacher or Home Room teacher are unable to resolve, they should seek the support of the HOLA or Dean of Year.
